CRM & Custom Website Development
Most businesses do not need custom software. They need the tool they already pay for, configured properly. The exception is real though: lead routing living in three spreadsheets, quotes assembled by hand, and no CRM on the market that models how you actually sell. That is what I build — Next.js and Supabase, scoped to the workflow rather than the wishlist.
What you get
DELIVERABLES
- Workflow and data-model map of how your team actually sells, signed off before build
- Bespoke CRM on Next.js and Supabase with role-based access for your team
- Lead routing and assignment rules wired to your forms, calls and ad platforms
- Client portal, booking or quoting system with automated email and SMS triggers
- Integrations between the tools that do not natively talk — CRM, calendar, accounting, ad accounts
- Admin dashboard covering pipeline, lead source and stage-by-stage conversion
- Schema diagram, technical documentation and a recorded handover walkthrough
How it runs
THE PROCESS
Workflow audit
Two or three sessions shadowing how the work actually moves — intake, assignment, follow-up, quote, invoice. Most of what gets built wrong gets decided here.
Data model
Objects, fields, permissions and the integration contracts, all agreed in a written schema before anyone builds. Changing a data model later is where custom projects die.
Staged build
One working slice at a time on a staging URL — intake first, then routing, then reporting. You use each slice for real before I start the next one.
Cutover
Data migrated off the spreadsheets or the old CRM, your team trained on the live system, then thirty days of fixes included while people find the edges.
Questions
GOOD QUESTIONS
Usually you should. If a $60-a-month CRM covers eighty per cent of your workflow, buy it and live with the twenty. Custom earns its cost only when the gap is the part that makes you money — unusual quoting logic, a routing rule no platform supports, a portal your clients genuinely log into. I will tell you which one you are in on the scoping call.
If you have a developer who already understands your sales process, yes, and that is cheaper than hiring me. What I add is the marketing half: the routing rules, the attribution that survives into reporting, the follow-up timing. The code is the easy part. Deciding what the system should do is not.
Eight to fourteen weeks for a first working version, depending on how many of your tools have a usable API and how fast your side answers questions. A simple internal tool lands sooner. Anything touching accounting software or a legacy database takes longer, and I will say so before you commit, not after.
It is a Next.js app on a Supabase Postgres database — both open, both widely known — and the code sits in your own repository from day one. Any competent developer can pick it up. I will not build you something on a proprietary platform that holds your data hostage.
Most people need the website. If the problem is that visitors do not convert, an ecommerce or business website build fixes it for a fraction of this cost. Come here when the bottleneck sits behind the form — leads sitting unassigned for a day, quotes taking three, and nobody able to say which source paid.
